Lori Foster has a great style for writing realistic, contemporary romance. She brings the characters Leese, Catalina and Justice, totally vivid and alive. Cat is running away from someone, but she’s not sure who it is or who to trust. Leese and Justice have been hired to protect her. No one seems to know who to trust or who to run away from. Cat and Leese have an instant attraction. Honestly, the plot was surreal to me. I’ve read Lori Foster books before but this plot was very different. The romantic subplot was the attraction of Cat and Leese. I’m sure that many will love this book. I was just not a fan of the main story line.
