Jane Seymour: The Haunted Queen by Alison Weir

Alison Weir’s Jane Seymour: The Haunted Queen is the third book in her Six Tudor Queens series. This is the story of the third wife of King Henry VIII, Jane Seymour. The story begins with Jane at an early age and continues on to her entering the court and her marriage to the king. I think that most people who enjoy this type of historical book are enamored by reading about the Tudors and King Henry VIII. Ms. Weir’s historical novels are rich, descriptive and engaging. I recommend this excellent addition to her wonderful series.

Jane Seymour: The Haunted Queen will be available May 15, 2008 by Ballantine Books, an imprint of Random House. An egalley of this book was made available by the publisher in exchange for a honest review.
