Rachel Ford Morgan comes back to her family’s ranch for the holidays after graduating from college. She is happy to be able to reconnect with her family when she meets her new neighbor, Cauy Lymond, who has come back to take over the ranch left to him by his father. Rachel and Cauy both have baggage and heartache in their past as they try to get past those memories to make a new life for themselves.
